Installed the magnaflow on my DX sedan but the pipe that connects to the cat is rubbing my sway bar. I wasn't sure if this was the rattle i was hearing when I would idle, so I took it to Midas and they said they couldn't fix the rattle without cutting the pipes and that it would reduce the performance of the exhaust system. Has anyone installed the exhaust system on a DX/LX and not had these rattles or is there any suggestions on how I could fix the problem.

i had this problem...all they have to do is heat up the pipe and flatten it a bit so it doesnt hit the sway bar...they shouldnt have to cut anything

John said that there was not supposed to be any vibration. I have it too though. I am going to try to fix it without bending the pipe when I come home from school.

Yeah when i put mine on my lx sedan it was doin that i took it to a muffler shop they heated it up flattened it and no more rattle. Just had to tip the guy who did it 10 bucks
