Just use a blow dryer or a heat gun to make the glue hot and peel it off. The hotter you get it and the slower you peel it the easier and cleaner it will come off. You might even be able to re-use those emblems if you figure out how to keep the sticky stuff clean. Maybe wax paper? Regular stickers might not come off cleanly using that method. Although with a little Goo-B-Gone, or Goof-Off, or even gasoline it should come right off. Just remember to not use too much since it eats through the clearcoat. Also, wax the areas under the stickers or emblems when you're done.
