2004 Civic EX Coupe: Car stalls at idle and Hicops at constant rpm

2004 Civic EX Coupe: Car stalls at idle and Hicops at constant rpm
2004 Honda Civic Ex Coupe 135,000 miles
Any help would be great. The car stalls at idle off and on. Then when driving at constant RPM, the car with hiccup for an instant. Happens occasionally. I took it to the Honda Dealership and they said there were no codes in the computer and could not duplicate on the road test. The car had the head gasket, water pump, and timing belt changed around 125,00 miles. There is no check engine light on.
If anyone knows of the problem or has any idea what this could be please post.
