Newbie/ 99 Civic EK or EJ??

Hello, da name is Panda!
And im new to this whole forum thang...so any help would be appreciated.
I just bought my dream whip...a 1999 Civic...it got all this mods...and needs TLC...a few grand (which i dont have) and it would be a super whip...but i dont know the whole EJ8 or EK7 thang?? hhelp?

Welcome and your chassis code should be the 4th to 6th letter/number on your VIN.

thanks 02civicsi02 for clearing that up for me, i actualy posted a simmilar question like this, but no responce as of yet, and thank you panda for asking the question that had been bothering me for a few days now!
turns out i have an ek1 = ).

looking for some friends on here to learn from and with, so if either of you are interested p.m me ill be more then happy = )
