did you know by spraypainting the interior of the pipes with a ceramic based paint keeps the air cooler because ceramic is a better insulator than the aluminum and if you screw up ...its on the inside of the pipes where nobody will see
Why would you want to add more weight to your intake, or restrict the air flow. Aluminum reflects and absorbs heat(dissapates) depending on how it is used. Or did you mean coat the outside? But then why powder coat the aluminum in the first place if you want to paint it?

I SERIOUSLY doubt that a layer of ceramic that is like 50 nanometers thick is going to insulate much. If you really wanted to insulate it, wrap it in thermal wrap.
