Carbon Fiber ...Pretty Much Anything
Hi, Just wanted to let you guys know about us and what we do...
we are a custom carbon fiber shop, specializing in carbon fiber roof caps, replacement race roofs, door panel inserts, pretty much anything ...

Thats just to give you all an idea of our capabilities. We offer a nice variety and are always open to new ideas you might have, we currently offer things for EF, EG, and EK's, as well as Del Sol, and cant leave out the CrX...We ship all over, and everything is available in carbon, kevlar, or colored carbon. have you guys done any moonroof delete covers for 01-05 civics (EM/ES)? i know quite a few people were interested (for removing the moonroof glass and replacing it with a CF or painted cover piece that goes in the hole and is flush with the rest of the roof).

can you guys make parts out of cf, or is it just wrapping... like if i give you a spoiler, would you be able to make a replica entirely from cf that will weight less than 20+ lbs.

Hey sorry guys, wasnt receiving emails, and then i got an email from Stephen (thanks again)... glad to see interest and I get to these questions now!
First and foremost...we will do wraps if its requested, but other than that..we fabricate every piece from an oem mold, its all dry carbon, and and vacuum infused, for a finish we dont apply a clear coat, but rather a marine grade uv protected gel and clear coat which preserves the carbon and stops it from peeling oxidizing, yellowing ect. So on the spoiler, weve actually got a few different ones going now, and if we can make a roof cap that only weighs 17, then i am sure a spoiler wouldnt weigh more than ten pounds.
Our roof caps range in price from $280-$385 + shipping depending on what youve got. We also do kevlar and colored carbon, for a little more. And like i said theres a 10% discount for civicforum members.
*affixrider- all of our stuff is solid carbon...what kinda roof cap would you need?

the moonroof delete is kinda tricky i think, since you would need to have the actual car to measure the clearances i guess. maybe its not as easy as i thought.
here is the spoiler i was referring to. technically a "deck lid" version i guess. and if its possible to remove the indented part thats over the H emblem, that would be even better. stock one weighs 22 lbs and requires screws to hold it down. if you could make something that was only around 5-10 lbs, and could use double sided tape, i think there will be alot of interest. i am even willing to buy the original piece from honda for you to make the mold. heres a pic. and hopefully you can make that indented part over the emblem into a straight line.

can you make a roof cap for a 93 civic 4 door? i just picked up a used civic and the roof is kind of dented to hell so a roof cap will eliminate alot of repair. i know its a cover but it would work awsome.
