1990 civic dx, instaled head, pm3-8 need help to make it work

1990 civic dx, instaled head, pm3-8 need help to make it work a guy gave me this head off a 93 honda 16 valve 1.5l, he said it would work on my 1990 dx 1.5l dual point system, installed it and it cranks but wont start, moved distrib nothing timing is on the mark, help! what do i need to do now?

check if your spark plugs are firing
listen to ur fuel pump before cranking make sure it makes the usual noise
If all that works try spraying something flameable like fire starter into the intake (without the filter) while cranking and hit the gas pedal to open up the throttle body

Re: 1990 civic dx, instaled head, pm3-8 need help to make it work check for spark all good, the cam looks bigger than my friends on the saME car do i need to get a smaller cam pully or ajustable cam mabey..?
