okay soo i'm having a bad day and last night my friend gave me some rims so i was like forreal?. SO today i figured i'd put them on only to find out my wheel won't come off...what am i doing wrong?... i have a 2000 civic ex, i jacked up the wheel took off the four lugs and then nothing...is there more to the process?...ooh and so i put it back together and moved my car to find out now it squeaks?!?! can anyone help me out and make my day better? thanks guys...

take the lug nuts off again and try hitting the back of the rim lightly with a hammer. there is most likely some corrosion or rust build up. hit it kick it whatever it takes just make sure that your car is secure on the jack because the car might rock a little with you hitting it. i see honda wheels stuck on all the time.

okay thanks..i'll try the hammer tomorrow so far i just kicked it alot lmao. i got real mad about it and i think maybe wd40 will help? well i'll try it out and thanks again..and the noise it makes now? and help with that? thanks again

what kind of squeek. like when you roll the car or when the suspension moves up and down?? check that the backing plate isnt hitting the rotor? when you get the wheels off take a good look around and make sure nothing it rubbing anywhere.

okay so today i got it off with the hammer and wd40 and i wiped down the disc and messed with the pad and soo far the sound is gone but if not then i will b back ..otherwise thanks alot mann
