'The A Panel' removal help.

Anyone know how to remove the A Panel (I think thats what its called. That piece that goes from the top of the car to the dash) on the passenger side? I wanna snake the wire from my radar detector through there and under my glove compartment so it's at least partially hidden. The bottom part where it meets the dash seems a bit looser that the top, but I dont wanna start pulling before I find out how its connected.

I actually did do a search but as you can see, I forgot what it was called. Searched for "A Panel" but came up with nothing
