Is this too good to be true?

So, I'm in a predicament. My cat converter is shot. I can either get a new one welded on for 300 or get a new exhaust system. I ran across this system on ebay, and my jaw dropped.

Is this too good to be true? I figure it is, being that its only about 150 bucks plus taxes after shipping. Just wanted to check with what you guys thought before I allow myself to be ripped off by ebay. Is this legit?????

And if it is, how hard is it to put on?
And do I need to buy a new o2 sensor???
And what about my existing downpipe... how will I know if they will connect properly? (its an aftermarket Edge Racing downpipe... whatever the heck that is)

AHHHH!!!! I hope my catalytic converter never breaks again...

Re: Is this too good to be true?

You are more then likely not going to be happy with how it sounds. If your just looking for a fast fix and cheap it seems like a good way to go. Also you have to think about how loud this thing actually is, it does come with a silencer so I dont know. As for the O2 sensors you probaly could reuse the old ones but I dont think its a good idea. Your supposed to change em every now and again anyway, and if u say your cat went bad they probably got all fouled up.

I listened to some sound clips of it. apparentely, the JDM N1 is the Apexi N1 exhaust system, which sounds extremely loud and raspy. I love the Evo 2 and Skunk 2 exhaust systems, but they're so expensive! Anyone know some other good exhaust systems, and a good place to get em used or cheap?

The HKS hi-power exhaust is fairly quite. It's not a true cat back though; it connects from the axle back.
