Amsoil or Mobil 1

Amsoil or Mobil 1
I have a 2004 Civic Ex 5-speed and I use 0W-30 Amsoil (rated at 15,000 miles or 1 year) with the Amsoil filter. With that said I have 2 questions:
1) Whats better to use Amsoil or Mobil 1
2) Should I keep using 0W-30 or switch back to the 5W-20
Things to keep in mind: I drive about 2000 miles per month and I have a bit of a lead foot
