the socal section is still a forsale section! hahahaha
so whats new with you guys? i lemoned out the accord and got almost 2 months ago, on 4th of July.
I love this car, it handles great and has something called torque lol. got a lot of plans for it but its pretty much stock atm except for home made intake. Also have Eibach pro kit waiting to be installed and picking up my wheels soon.
So who else has gotten rid of the civic?

god i love my dub!!

Re: I guess some things don't change
its a gti check the wheels its got the huffs not to mention the bumper is a gti bumper and not the r32 kit and your mkv has alot more than just torque, its got hp, and great gear ratios. damn i miss my mk3
you should get a GiAC chip and have your car tuned by eurosportacc in anahiem they do a++ work. get some stuff from autotech in SD and look at the stuff that tt tuning sells. (techtonic tunning if you dont know) that would make your gti fly. im jealous stupid honda. Your making me want to go buy a vr6 mk2 or do the 16v aba s/c thats a drool if your on vortex look up johnvwluver his car is hot.

Re: I guess some things don't change
The benz is a c32 amg. So 3.2L v6 supercharged 349hp, 13.6'' rotors with brembo brakes stock. I think around 320lbs of torque. Originally i was going to buy a e46 m3 but i wanted the 4dr of the mercedes.
Engine is stock except a intake. I also did a tsx HID retrofit since the car came with halogens.
Plus i like the fact most people think the car is just another underpowered
c-class, i surprised a good amount of mustangs, 335i's, and e46 m3's.

Nice dubs 02NBPcivicEX. If you are near huntington beach, we have a weekly meet on tuesday nights at Beach Burgers on Beach Blvd. Also Temjin nice whip also! You should check out the meets on Tuesday night also, its a all Euro meet (usually 10-20 cars)
I have a lot of plans or my GTI already, but there are very little mods out for my engine right now because mid 08 they changed the engine from the BYP FSI to the CCTA FSI.
I have a custom intake and Eibach pro kit right now. I should also be picking up my wheels next week, VMR V714s.
So once the mods start coming out these are my plans. GHL 3" TBE, FMIC, W/M kit, GIAC X chip, Koni FSD's, H&R Front and Rear sway bars and that should be about it.
I wont have need to get a new FP because the TSI comes with a 150 bar pump unlike the TSI's 120 bar, woot!
I say with the mods done I should be between 260-280 whp and 300-320 wtq, so at the crank about 310 hp and 350 tq (considering I have a 15% drivetrain loss with DSG)
Oh yea, i post on vortex and golfmkv now as well

Oh and I got my car dynoed yesterday with just a intake and I pulled 203.6 whp and 214wtq. I knew VW underrated their cars but not that great a margin. With a 12% drivetrain loss I'm looking at about 228hp and 239tq at the crank

Oh yea, I ran on a dyno dynamics

there are a few cars running around 350whp and roughly 370 tq. the main problem is the torque.
