sorry, to clarify im looking to get a spare tire for the trunk. i currently have an OEM steelie in there and its heavy and bulging. The previous owner gave me this tiny *** spare tire that did not fit/made one side of the car uneven compared to the other.
so is there a specific kind of spare tire I should get since i have 17 inch rims and they tend to raise the car up a bit?

7thgens come stock with a dinky *** spare tire. If we had a full size spare that would be wonderful. The spare is just to get you out of emergency situations, its not suppose to look good.

I want the dinky *** spare tire - it weighs less. The full size spare tire is actually the OEM steelie that I reused when I got rims because the spare tire the dealer gave me did not really fit.
I want a spare now because the full size tire is way too big in the trunk and buldges up

i have two spare tires that came with the car when i bought it. i'll sell you one if you want. Yes, i mean the OEM one.

It's the dinky small *** one though.

but as abe said, the spare tire is usually going to make you car sit a bit lop sided.
