B18C1 with Pm6 zdyne flashed ECU 02 oxygen sensor problems

Ok here we go.

My problem is a 91 civic si hatch with a b18c1 motor retrofitted obd-0.
But the catch is the pm6 (civic si ECU) reflashed for b18c1 vtec dooties.
Normally you would have the obd-0 one wire o2 sensor up close to the exhaust runners directly from the head with this particular setup, right.

Not way down stream just before the cat, as if it were for a 4 wire setup.

I am currently running dc headers, and the o2 bunghole (hehehe bunghole)
is way down stream just before the cat. I keep getting code #1 oxygen content. Is the dam thing not getting hot enough?(sensor)

I know it is not the sensor, I have tried multiple one wire sensors to rule this out. Also my air/fuel gauge is working but as soon as the CEL is set off, der loop mode. So I know my circuit is good.

I have talked to skunk2 and hasport, and have gotten mixed reviews about it.
The only ones that seem to make sense of it was hasport, and they said run headers for 90-91 integra, because that was the only years of b18 with one wire o2 sensor, while still retaining the stock civic location.

Has anyone run into this **** before?

Help this ain't a skit beaaach!

thanks,
brad
