Lowered Ride... Rougher Ride?

I am planning to lower my car, and will probably go with Eibach springs (other suggestions are welcome). They have two different ones I believe, Pro & Sport. Does anybody have these springs? If so, how is the ride quality? I'm quite critical about this and want to lower the car with minimal sarcrafice in the ride quality as I can.

well first of all......your ride quality will increase around the corners

but dont go and lower your car outrageously because that will pretty much mess you car up passing through bumpers...
personally i would never lower my car unless its friday and saturday.......only days that i race

sport lines lower it more (1 3/4 inch) but i guess the ride is a lil more ruffer... the pro kit only does about an inch and isnt really that noticeable, but the ride isnt as rough

If you lower it put some 17" or 18" wheels with lowpro tires the ride will be much rougher, depending on road conditions if you are critical about ride quality don't lower you car. also interior noise is increased alot with low profile tires.

Ride quality should be decreased in relation to the lowering amount. The more you lower, the higher the spring rate is necessary to prevent bottoming out, and the less travel you have. Ride quality doesn't increase in corners, handling increases in corners.

I had Progress sport springs in my 99 civic, they increased handling and cornering a lot and the ride was quite comfortable. I would highly recommend Progress springs.
