i have tint on the back . the defogger works fine. and if the tint is applied correctly it won't remove the defogger stripes . you'll be fine.

I had tinting professionally installed on my windows and never had any problems with the defogger.

I've seen alot of problems with cheap tinting film and this.. like the $5 for a 10 foot roll garbage.... Just get good tint and have it professionally installed
