installing new steering wheel

I have a 98 civic dx and I want to install this grant steering wheel http://accessory.accessoriesgiant.co...arbonFiber.jpg

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this particular one and could tell me how hard or easy it would be to install. Also, is it a decent wheel? I don't want anything to ostentatious, just a wheel that looks better than the dried out dry rotting one I have.

I'm not a phantom member. In fact, I don't even know what that is. In any case I know it looks like a chevy logo, but it can't be, right?

But if it is, what would you all recommend?
