i been looking all over for "red 02 civic lx control arms" and i cant find them anywhere! not even ebay! does anybody knows where can i get them??? please help!

I searched the site forumdig with: civic red control arm FYI. Still not a bad deal at about 150$. This appears to be for all 7th generation [2001-2005] civics and also fits some EP3's/RSX's, so it should work for your LX as well.

honestly are these really worth the money or is it mostly for looks.
btw i have a 01 coupe lx, with flex, neuspeed strut, spc camber kit. I wanna have an even better suspension. I know i need to get a sway too but workin on makin brackets for it too. Anyone know any other way other than makin brackets or buyin progress kit???

They're not worth it, its just the trailing link, its for looking pretty, and the big steel tube A-arm negates any weight loss of the dinky trailer.

I thought they were trailing arms...dont think they change performance in any way whatsoever. Im gona spray mine silver, as well as the lower center part...generally gona paint some stuff under the rear of the car..itl cost me less and look cleaner

BTW you need a special key to take them off

Yep there is a special key...there is a thread about it somewhere, do a search I saw it this morning. They are more of a show part, if u wana do it, do it, it will go well with the color of your car.

There is a key because the bolt head is a 10 pt socket, a very uncommon socket. The thing is that Honda would replace the whole trailing arm if something broke, not just that piece.

i know with some LCA kits they will include the bolt to remove the 10 pt socket. i also know someone who got the bolt from there acura/ honda dealer. like 25 dollars
