2002 Honda Civic DX fuel and speedometer gauges flickering when shutting down - other
Hello,
When I shut down my 2002 Honda Civic DX my fuel and other gauges appear to flicker and make a flickering noise. Now when I accellerate I am hearing this very slight flickering noise, but then it goes away. This happens when I accelerate from a complete standstill or when I accelerat on turns when going at a very slow speed like 10 - 25 km/hr.
My car has 117K KM on it and i think the engine is 1.7. I noticed the problem at around 113K KM. I thought th enoice was coming from my right front tire, but I am almost for certain the noise is coming from the gauges or somewhere in the dash area.
I never had my brakes changed and never had the air filter, spark plugs and fuel filter changed. I always change my oil at around 5000 - 7000 KM.
Any info would be appreciated.
