Hey,

I recently joined civicforums.com because like everyone else here, I love my civic.

I'm 17 and I bought my first car; a '92 Civic EX-V with a D16Z6 1.6L l4 SOHC VTEC and 234k km. I'm just wondering what kind of things I can do to increase my performance on a budget and without really applying too much to the engine. I plan on driving it for about a year or so and possibly selling at the end of next summer to buy a newer one with my summer job money. Probably a '96 - '00 model SI or something.

So back to my point. I have a bit of knowledge with engines and love working on my car. The only problem is I dont really know what I need to do to improve my performance without bolting **** on. If I could just get some pointers or suggestions, that would be great.

Well go ahead and stick on the usual: headers, exhaust, fuel rails, fuel injectors, intake, and whatever else u wish to include. It all really depends on how much ur really willing to put on it!!
