They are offering me a deal of 20395 with the 100k extended warranty and gap insurance.

I am trying to figure out if this is a good deal, i am signing the papers tomorrow please help me im worried this is my first brand new car ever!

The price sounds pretty good. Are you in the US? I'm in Canada, and that price would be an absolute steal up here, for an EX. I got mine (an '07) a couple of weeks ago and it was about $25K, and I paid extra for the extended warranty.
