i just had my car a month ago its a 2007 honda civic i got all the car care protection on it, they even put a wax sealer on the paint, but now i notice some swirl and realy fine scratches after one month later? what kind of cheap wax was that, i guess all cars get swirl marks, so now what is better to use pollish or wax or do i use both and which is safe to use on new cars? and which brand. Whats the diff between pollish and wax? thanks for your help guys i ,m just trying to keep my new car looking new

What colour is your car?

Swirls are going to happen regardless of what you do because of our water system and the microscopic dirt you do not see on your car.

Just use any type of wax.

I use meguiars deep crystal polish and NXT wax. Pretty good results so far on my car.

My advice.

1)Clay bar (I use mother's or meguiars)
2)Polish (meguiars)
3)NXT wax (meguiars)

Takes some time to do the whole car though. Usually takes me around 4-5 hours. I do it twice a year, once in the spring, and once it the fall.

Bring your car to me, I'll do it for ya. I need the money, since I'm not working at the moment, hehe.
