What's up folks? My 2002 Civic HX's MIL was on.

Took it to Honda, they wanted to charge $500 to replace the 1st o2 sensor.

I said fudge that, got a Walker OEM replacement (#25024473) and had it replaced.

Reset light, then it comes back on.

Now when I accelerate my baby is stuttering.

It's not extreme, but it was non-existent before I had the o2 sensor replaced.

Now I have taken it to AutoZone for an OBD check and it threw these codes:
P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P1164 Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (#1) circuit

Can anybody help?

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem.

Yeah. I kinda figured that. I'm looking for a possible cause.

I have an 04 Civic EX. I have the same problem when I replaced my sensor. When I unhook the sensor (running open) no problem, no studdering, runs smooth. I still get 32-36MPG with it run open (no A/F ration sensor). When I plug the sensor in, I get the sputtering.
