Attention 01-03 civic owners with headlight issues
My cousin and I both own 7th gen civics. I have an 01 lx manual and my cousin owns an 02 Ex automatic. We are both currently at approx. a lil over 50k. He came to me with asking for advice and a hand to fix his headlights/electric work. He told me that his headlights would shut off on him when he was driving and other times it will not turn on.. a month later I too had the began having the same problem. This problem have been going on for over a year now. Have any body had any issues with their headlights turning off on them. Please share your story and let me know how u resolved ur issues. Thanks
Two civics a year apart, with the same issue most likely 1 out 10 also has the same problem.

Well... Not sure to be honest. Not sure if they register who has been done who has not. You could call the dealer and ask.

Try this: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/pr...intVersion=YES
I took mine to the dealer and my car was covered. They replaced the headlight switch for free. The headlights had been operating fine before that but that doesn't mean it would have fried later in time.
