I decided to get a 1TB instead. It's BRAND NEW and sealed in the box. The model is: WDG1C5000N. It's works for either a PC or Mac, also it is Windows Vista compatible.
Specs:
• 500GB capacity, 7200RPM
• USB 2.0 interface
• 8MB data buffer
• Google software
