lol i think it be a good race, on a roll u might get me, i test drove a g35 when i got the evo, feels pretty good too, im pretty much stock, just have catback, clutch, blitz drop in filter

no i have a 5 speed, been in a mr only difference i feel is it has a better 4th than mine and of course has the billstein shocks, its nice on turns its hndling is awesome, what are looking to do to the g35?

I was thinking about getting a Quaife LSD, StopTech brakes, MREV2 engine upgrade and maybe some new wheels. I thought about getting an EVO too when I went looking for a new car. Are you planning on doing anything else to your car?

yea im still waiting to sell my wifes old car once that sells ill be getting, test pipe, downpipe, o2 housing, upper/lower ic piping, perrin fmic, 272 cams ca gears, get it tuned at mynes, and if i have money lft over i want to wrk on susp, doing jic coilovers, 25mm rear sway bar, rear stut bar... but sh*t is expensive so hopefully i can find some good deals on some of my stuff haha... i like ur stock wheels imd just get them pwr coated, but again those look sic with nice set of wheels

Thanks Rushbuster. The G35 has a lower insurance rate than the 350Z since its a 2+2 instead of just a 2 seater. Get the '05 and up and you get the Rev-Up motor which is 293 hp instead of 275 with the manual. And yeah, I like these wheels a lot and they're all forged by rays engineering which is nice, but I would like to throw on some crazy offset wheels to get some big lip for the rears. I'm waiting for my civic to sell to get some of these mods going. Those are some nice mods you got panning cln_em2.

Dude, getting those wheels would be sick. I just googled it and it seems like it is hard to come buy since they are specifically made for your car to have a 9.5 width.

yea they are becoming rare because there is only 3 auth dealers to sell them in the us, so im gonna have to find an evo owner to sell'em to me, i guess i can get different ones but my mind is set on those, hey u ever wannahang out got a few buddys with evo's sti a srt we all usually chill on weekends, we like having different types of cars, lst week met a guy with a twin turbo z

I think an EVO would own a g35. Not off the line, but once at full boost. The driver probably didnt know how to drive it.

My civic at 9psi would own g35's. Not one beat me, but an EVO woulda smoked the sh** outta me.

The G35s can run 14 - 14.5 off the line since it is heavier than the 350Z and longer. I can admit that I would lose to the EVO since that thing is a whole other beast. I haven't raced any cars yet. Maybe an MREV2 setup will keep me closer to the EVO at a standstill. At least the car is quicker than 15 seconds and rear wheel drive... Roadracing at firebird sounds nice, I might go check it out tomorrow then.
