Hi, I'm new here (joined today), And I bought a new 2007 Si about 5 or 6 weeks ago. It's a Rally Red coupe. As a previous owner of 3 other Civics, I've wanted an Si since 99, and am glad I waited until now ! All of my other Civics were bought used. I had an 88 sedan, an 89 hatch, a 99 coupe, and now finally a new Si ! So far, no problems at all to speak of. I researched my purchase carefully, got finance quotes from my bank and credit union, and got the Dealership to beat them, and to also meet me half way between dealer invoice and sticker. I just surpassed the 1,000 mile mark about a week ago, and am in love with this car. From the amazing engine, to the brakes, the handling( I love a stiff suspension), this car rocks ! I don't race or anything, I'm just a Honda lover. I've been using my mechanic for about 12-1/2 years, and he's a Honda specialist who used to work for them. I haven't pushed my new car TOO hard yet, about 7000 rpm a few times, but not many. I'm just very excited about my new car, and have enjoyed reading the posts here. Soon I'll edit my profile, and post some pics of my coupe.
