sorry dude, this is a brand new set and its hi and low beam so 210 is waaaay too low. i can totally drop though if hes serious, just hollar at me about it...

how is this a high/low hid kit? i see only hid bulb.....and a shield.... i dont see the 2nd flamet? closer pixs would be nice

these are lowbeam xenon.

i KNOW wt bixenon means......but how is the "high beam possible on this one..... i dont see a 2nd flament on or near the HID bulb.... closer pixs would be nice...

The bulb actually retracts into the capsule for the beam to go higher. This isnt like a halogen bulb in which theres gonna be 2 filaments. Hence the term Bi-Xenon meaning that the beam of light will actually go higher, not brighter in which everyone thinks their high beams do...
