if honda is accepting larger than expected numbers in sales of the new Si, i think they would keep it that way it is even though the tuner market can accomidate such modifications. plus all you have to do is change the sensors parameters and signals, in return you would have a better response

i guess this is why when decelerating and then you try to gently re-apply throttle its mostly never a smooth transition? and the 'rev-holding' they complain about isnt a big deal really..

(course i dont own an si but its probably similar in this sence)
