Need new tires!!!

i just bought some 17 inch Katana Concept 5 rims and i want to know what kind of tire would be the best tire to put on my new rims. I am looking for either 215/40/17 or 205/40/17 sizes. I wanted yokohama parada tires but i heard that they are very bad in the rain.

Hey whats up budd, if i were you, i would stick to something above 215/40/17. I have toyo tires and they are perfect in width, but in depth they suck! I feel every little bump on the road with them. Believe me, when you get tires that thin..and you hit even a small pot-hole....you will feel a shock throughout the whole car...scared the $hit out of me the first time it happened. Just my opinion, but, i would go with 215/50/17 - or above. Just like the ones they put on BMW as far as depth goes. Hope i helped.

assuming you had an EX, you should go with the 215s since you're speedo will be off a little less than the 205s

paradas are great in the rain, their grooves are excellent... but they get noisy

I had Nitto 450's and they were horrible in the rain! Depends on where you live I guess!
