rpm guage wont work

rpm guage wont work
hi i was currently doing the d16y8 mani swap and i was swaping the iacv to the 6thgen one and the wires touched and my girlfriend who was in the car said my rpm on my vafc went up and then it shut off so i checked the fuses and the ecu one was blown so i changed it everything came back on but rpm in my guage cluster wont work or on the vafc ive check fuses and they all seem to be good. does someone know whats going on please help
