I just got accepted to Texas State as a transfer student, and I have to live on campus the first semester (dunno why). Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone knows of any meets or just if San Marcos has anything goin on import wise. Since I live in South Austin, I can easily come back home, but having to commute back and fourth sucks since im barely averaging 30mpg and thats taking the tank to Empty.

I remember one meet being in San Marcos, but everyone had to elave after an hour. It was a bunch of people from San Antonio. San Antonio has some decent meets sometimes.

Forza 2 comes out like the same day ps3 comes out..Im gonna buy 2 ps3's and forza that day. Ill be playin that game in my dorm room at Texas state and whoopin up on 7th graders on Xbox Live. Ya the 7th gen meet is being orchestrated by Mike04Civic, I dont know much about it, i just hope it actually works out. I havent had a chance to meet other 7th gen owners in my area, and that would give us all a chance to come together.

I'm buyin the PS3's to resell them to pay off my credit card so I can be debt free in 07. I'll let you know about forza, just dont buy Need For Speed Carbon. I am like 45% done with the game and ive only played like 4 hours. Doesnt seem like a long game.

I think San Antonio got a new meet going. I went last Friday and it was a really good turnout. There were like 3 ricers max, and all 3 doing something stupid. A lot of S2ks, Evos, WRXs, STIs, SRT4s, CRX crew, some Integras, and some other cars.
So let me know if you ever plan on coming here for a meet and I'll give you details.

awesome dude...ya i went to check out TX state, and it was soo badass..my neck hurts from turning around to look at all the yummys that were walking around..im gonna get blackout lights,and a lip kit this comming week for my car,so that way i wont look soo damn stock..than ill feel comfortable about going to a meet.

I have a good feeling that san marcos is gonna suck. The school is tight, and theirs soooo many hot chicks. I wanna upgrade my I.C.E., but before I do so, I would like to see if theft is common around the campus, since im going to be living in a dorm my car will be in a lot somewhere.

I've heard of quite a few people having stuff stolen from their cars. My advice would be a good alarm first and good extra equipment coverage on your insurance.

Everything is fine, except for the fact that I just got outta work 45 minutes ago and i work tomorrow at 1pm and its gonna be another 12 hour day. i wont be at school till january 17th...I finished my semester at ACC on last thursday...well I was gonna get that kit, than it was a bust..i was gonna get some rotas..than that was a bust..The only thing that I got from a member was a k&n air filter ahha..i wanted a kit, and maybe a drop..but the roads in san marcos suck ***..so no drop for me, and no kit i guess. Jesus wins.

Hahaha damn. Get some Tein S Techs springs. Not too low of a drop. San Antonio roads suck really bad too, but they are good for the roads. If you added a lip kit to it too, would look really good.

Ok..its time for me to get a new job..Academy is gonna be too far away from san marcos for me to drive 3 times a week..I dont feel like consuming a lot of gasoline. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can work in that area besides the damn outlets? I dont like too much craziness and it has to be like a 8.00/hr job ATLEAST..Thanks
