Yeah, its used for my phone. This is main reason I bought this deck. I hate driving and trying to shift, and holding your phone at the same time. I can do it, but its a pain in the butt.

I still use my remote, so I guess you could say I used to shift, hold cell, use remote, and concentrate on driving at the same time

What GPS software are you using? I was thinking about doing something like this in my Accord.
Also, what front end is that? Looks clean.

The GPS software I'm using is iGuidance, I have the maps for every place in North America so it could take me from here (Alberta) to a coffee shop in Texas.
I did put it together myself, bought miscellaneous parts from the store at www.mp3car.com and set it all up. I even installed it myself....200 feet of wiring, 3 USB extension cables, and 1 VGA extension cable plus lots of tiny laptop parts. If you ever get around to doing it, PM me. with the computer and all the audio gear, it was under $2000. Buying from Ebay will do it for you for $1000.
Don't laugh, it is arguably the best console system ever made. The button layout and number can not be beat. The play control to the majority of games surpassed anything seen before and since. SNES games nearly achieved the peak of what we know as "replay value", something that has gone steadily downhill since approximately 1990, and will continue to in the coming decades.
The only thing it can't compete with with modern day console games (besides graphics, which don't count anyways) is innovation. And if you have everything else, it's not needed. The bigger sin is ONLY innovation. Turns innovation into a gimmick!
no, the SNES simply put has it all. (plus all the bass is unexpected, which makes it kick butt all the more!
) Combine all these "standard" benefits with its durability, light learning curve for game play for EVERYONE, ease of install and integration into a car, reasonable size, shape, and formatting for use, and youve got the perfect console to put into a car, if anything at all!

New car is 2005 Accord EX Sedan, it will also have a system, just not the same as above.

Dual XDVD8180

Infinity Reference 6012I 6.5"s being pushed by an OLDDD school kicker amp.
And the screen has been going great for a while, due to contrary belief on this website.

the one thing i hate about getting an aftermarket deck is that you have to use their stupid mold, it never looks as good as my stock molding and i dont really want to spend more getting a custom mold.... ya kno??

Spud, I would LOVE to see your radio integration. With so much money spent, does it look like everyone elses, with three mismatched trim rings inside a too-large dash panel? or is it integrated in a fancy fashion?
Also, Id like to know if your UCS pro suffers from whine like the Drive30. used to own one of those little guys, loved the processing power! I've got the behringer combo with a homebrew isolated 12 volt DC power supply for processing.
I'm running Morel USA CA-103 tweets, Lotus reference 6's in the kicks, and an Aura 8" sub ported in the trunk.
