Rep Power: 244 ordered my lip over a month ago.. sent me the wrong one first, some z3 sides. i told them i received the wrong sides but they wont believe me. they made me take a picture of it and i had to wait 4 days just for them to tell me they shipped the wrong ones. then told me fed ex is gonna pick it up from my house. 3 weeks later, nothing. so i called and told them ill ship it out myself. he said ok and as soon as i get a tracking number, call him and let him know so he can ship my rs sides right away. i shipped it and called him to let him know the tracking number. this was like 2pm but he said he'll ship tomorrow so i was already a lil upset when he said he'll ship as soon as i call him about the tracking. but i thought whats one more day. waited 4 more business days and still nothign so i called againnnnnn. he said it should be here that day or maybe next. still nothign so i called again and he said the same thing. its scheduled to be here today by 7. funny how when i asked him for a tracking number he said "i was wondering why i cant find a tracking number for this, we shipped it usps not fedex" then he told me he shipped it 2 days ago and should be there soon so i said ok. then when i called today, he said im looking right now, it says out with carrier and guaranteed by 7. i wonder how he knew when he didnt have a tracking number for it??????? tomorrow will be exactly a month and six days since the day i first ordered. if i dont have it by 7 tomorrow, saturday, i want a FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL REFUNDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont care if it really is shipped and on its way. you better call them and have them stop the delivery!!! i am not paying for no restocking fees, nothinggggggggggggggggggg!!!!!! not my fault when you guys lied to me. and i've waited patiently for a month and im startin to get tired of it. you guys supposedly shipped it 4 days ago and you said only 2 to 3 days shipping. on the 4th day you said guaranteed by 7. ill give you one more day. if i dont get it then just refund all my money. i dont need this lip that bad. i prefer all oem parts anyways.

the progress coilovers was with slowem2 not me. but yea.. go to the shop and pick up. they got pretty good customer service, its just that the dude i talked to keeps on lying to me. he sound like a cool person tho. all he had to do was tell me str8 and i woulda been ok. but he kept lying over and over and overrrrrrrrr.
a lil past 530pm and still not here.. im guessing im just gonna have to get money back. and i just noticed, the price listed is like $20 dollars cheaper then what i payed for it too..

hey i got a question is there any way i can just get one side of the side skirts? i got ripped off awhile ago and i got the sides and i got 2 of the same one. let me know and ill get back to you as to which one i need. i forget casue its been in the attic lol
Just call them, Showstoppers is a great shop, they offer great customer service as well as great products. Ive ordered from them plenty of times.
Also, you need hardware, all you need is like 4 screws and some tape(optional).

Rep Power: 244 i finally got my sides after a month and like 9 days after ordering. i told them i dont want it no more but they still shipped it for some reason. when i did want it they took forever and right when i told them i dont want it i got it. and to top it off one side of it is cracked a little bit. wtffffffffffffffff!!!!!!! and i payed more then what is advertised above. GREATTTTTTTTTTT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! but dayyymmm do they have to keep lying to me bout shipping it?!? well i have to have a talk with them again about the little crack. i opened it and checked it and havent even tried on yet.. but there is alot of little scratches on it and im verrrrrrrrrrrryyyy unhappy with this product!!!! it took forever to come, i payed more then what is advertised, and its a little beat up!!! if you dont care about all that then yeah they are a greatttttttt shop!!!!! but me, i do care about how long it takes and how it comes. so me, i dont know if ill do any more business with them. i was hoping to get a couple more things from here but ill see how they handle this first.

Hardware is included! You dont need double sided tape but if you want to put some for extra reinforcement then you have to get it seperate. Thanks!

I've stopped by there couple of times before and they seem pretty nice, but thanks for shareing your experience about showstopper....
