Where should I put my amp? Check out new satellite radio

The day I installed my sub box and amp I was too tired to finish locating the amp, so I said that I'd just finish it that weekend. A year later here it sits attached to the floor waiting for a proper home....still.

I just finished my new Sirius Satellite radio setup and have now decided to actually complete what I began a long time ago..question is I'm not quite sure whether to mount it on the left side of the trunk sitting at like a 80 degree angle or cut a cutout on the same side, cover it with plexiglass (or something strong and clear..not sure exactly) and let the amp sit flush with the bottom of the trunk and be seen through the flooring.

I'm not quite sure what I should do, looking for some opinions here...and please keep them contructive...

Thanks
