who will be the first k23Turbo
I wanna kno who will be the first 2 try this ****..... k23 turbo out of the RDX I've been reading about it in some mag.... for a few months now.... that varible turbo it has seems sick..... seemed only right 2 put this in a Forced / Swap..... cause its both....

my guess would be someone with entirely too much money, and a complete lack of common sense. that thing is gianormous, a sleeved k24 makes far more sense. not that that would be a cheap option either...
plus, what tranny would you use? would it bolt up properly? mounts probably wouldn't. ECU? wiring? thing would be a 15-20k headache easy, to pioneer that thing. with the other options out there, i doubt even hondata or hasport would waste their time.

Yeah it uses the J series tranny. And the designer from Honda said it can't be done with out some serious modifications. so it would make more sense to do a k24 then turbo it.

Yeah, the money saved by not having to buy a turbo would definitely be spent custom making a whole bunch of other ****. K24 w/ K20a2 head + turbo would be a much wiser investment

Rep Power: 299 it wont work but maybe the turbo set up will. the engine itself will not fit into anything but the rdx but that turbo setup would be awsome on a k24.

Rep Power: 0 i dont think that engine is that big, and thats not the reason people arent trying to swap it, i read that honda made some "special" engine mounts that are in odd locations that will not be easy for people to swap, but i think honda turbo engines are bad ***, this is a second one to come out since like 1967<---- not sure about the year
