So last night I was at a Subie/Evo BBQ/beer thing. At 11 at night, I went for a cruise. I ended up hitting a roundabout down south in the farmland. Baseline and 67th ave. I hit the roundabout going 75mph, jumped literally over the roundabout, landed in the road, hit the curb on the right, went over it, and into 2 electrical boxes. What sucks in the speed limit was 50mph (posted limit), and its usually just straight roads for miles, but changed right where I was. We all got out of the car ok, everybody was perfect with no damage to themselves (luckily). The car was sparking all over the places from the electrical box sitting on my car. I freaked out, left for a little bit, and the cops called me and they picked me up where I said I was. I was DUI tested and didnt get one. I got a leaving the scene (class 3 misdameanor which is criminal traffic) 45 in a 35, and failure to control to avoid accident. There were no other cars involved (somewhat....)

My back hurts like a mother right now. Its getting so bad. DIdnt feel it this morning, but the last hour sucks. Im going to impound in a little while to get it out/take pics. Im completely positive its totalled. going that fast, no way its ok. The rear left wheel is off the ground how its sitting right now.

Im just glad nobody got hurt. Screw my car. I messed up BIG TIME! I am the luckiest person in the world right now.

Yep, I just talked to my ex and she said it was the roundabout outside of her house and her electricity was out for a really long time. She said there is a house right there that people hit all the time also.

Chris already admitted he was wrong and now he has to pay for it. I doubt he posted that to get flack from everyone. Chris, it was stupid and thoughtless but I've been drunk and had fun too. I was lucky and got away with it. Sometimes your card gets pulled and luck runs out. It takes **** like this to make you realize that "what if" is powerful enough to say no to doing dumb **** sometimes. Im gonna see if I can take the parts off my car. Our insurance guy is really nice, and will probably let me. I can only salvage my intake it looks like, my gauge, and sirius satellite. If the DP is not bent back, which I highly doubt, I will sell that too.Anybody wanna buy 2 rear rotors/lines/pads, and one front Rotora BBK?

I am always the slowest one on every cruise Ive been on, I dont ride asses ever, I dont cut off ever, I pay attention to everybody/thing on the road. I dont drive crazy most the time. When I race somebody, its usually getting on the freeway ( where its much safer to accel fast). You guys have no idea of my driving habits. I did mess up, and I am just so thankful nobody was hurt.

Yeah, actually another civic will probably be my next car. If I can find a good enough body of a 240, not caring about the engine, I will get a 240 (skyline swap will shortly follow). But I will probably end up with a civic hatch. Ill do either a k20a2, or k24 swap. It will be fully built on the bottom and top end, running about 28psi daily. Id like a 20g on there, than maybe upgrade. It will happen. Give me about 6-8 months and it should be about done. I am not gonna race on the roads though. My friend with a stock 04 wrx, freaks me out lately, lol. I cant stand going fast on roads. At the track it will be let loose, or getting on freeways occasionally.

Now for the updates. Sorry I havent been on in a while. I didnt want to see the pics, or think about all this....its emotional to almost take others lives.

Car was totalled. They cut a 21300 check for the car. I have 100,000 in property damage coverage, so the boxes are covered. My loan for the car after trade in on the vic, was 22,600. (I got 5 for the vic ) So thats basically paid off, since Ive had the car since december.

I went to court on the 28th, and waited all day. They didnt have my file or this other guys. We both checked in, did all that was needed, but they messed up. After 4.5 hours, I saw the judge, only to get rescheduled, for guess what date.....9/11. I have an attorney, etc, etc. I paid the failure to control to avoid an accident, and the insurance one will be dropped, Ive always had full coverage, and I have the proof. So the leaving the scene is what Im worried about, but I think it will be ok. I went back pretty quickly. I was lost down the street.

So thats about all thats going on, other than my extreme debt.....Oh, and I get to pay for Lizzies apt now, even though weve been split for about 4 or 5 months. As well as her 100+ dollar cell bill. So thats gonna put a nice damper on my cash flow. Time for an weekend job!
