New to Modding Civic's Rims

Hi, I have a 2006 LX Civic...and I was wondering..

1) ..Will stock 17" rims from a 2006 Si Civic would be able to replace my stock 17" rims for the 2006 LX...

2) ..How much is it usually to change rims if I take them to a shop...

Thanks!

1) Yes.

2) Depends on the shop, not much. If both sets of rims have tires, it shouldn't be much.

3) Go to the 8th gen boards... they should be able to help you a lot more than us with your car.

ohhh thanks ...

To just change the rims, I don't need to buy new tires right?

..like I could keep the tires I have right now and only fit the new rims into them?

if you have 17s and you put on 17s you don't need new tires.
you'll just have to pay removal/mounting/balancing, usually 10-15 bucks each.
Take it to 8th gen.
