The Pro is definitely better than DX. Get some Neoprene or Ensolite sheeting to go with and you're in for a real treat. Probably want to do doors, trunk and from as high up the firewall as ou can get to as far back on the floor as you have material for. Those will be the critical areas for noise.
If you want to mess with your own mind, just do the doors and then go for a ride in traffic. You should be amazed at the reduction in traffic noise, but with that gone, you won't believe how loud the engine is.

j/k very nice. At a local shop here, there are a few Denon DCT-R1 pretty much laying around in back. They've got one installed in their bench just for testing equipment.
