Are upper pillowball mounts universal?

Are upper pillowball mounts universal?
I have a set of JIC Coilovers w/ Upper Pillowball Mounts. If I were to get say Tein Basics, or Tanabe Pro Sustec's, can I use the JIC UPM's on these other coilovers? Thanks!

probably not. the bore in the pillowball has to match the strut diameter, and the strut needs to have a seat on it for the pillowball to bottom out on. Plan on making custom spring seats and nuts.
