Tubulars are nice, and have great performance gains, but are spendy
Cast are okay for performance and are rock solid if you get a good quality one
When I put the EVO III turbo on my DSM, I'm getting a SlowboyRacing Cast Manifold on it due to the fact that it flows excellent and will be rock solid for daily driving. For you though, I'd probably go with Tubular for the HP range you specified.

Its for an Ls/vtec hybrid engine. I have a Tubular MP racing manifold, but its old and instead of getting it powder coated i wanted to get a new one. If anyone knows of any tubular manifold below 500 please let me kno.

If you cant afford $500 for a manifold, then you probably wont come anywhere near as much power as you think, unless you can build it all yourself.
The engine can handle the boost its built with JE 8:5:1 pistons, crower rods, the blocks are iron sleeved, but I didnt want to spend more money if i didnt have too on the mani.
