Tubular or Cast Manifold

Which turbo manifold would you guys chose? cast or tubular. Which one would be better for the mid 300 to 400 plus hp range. Thanks
Josh

Tubulars are nice, and have great performance gains, but are spendy

Cast are okay for performance and are rock solid if you get a good quality one

When I put the EVO III turbo on my DSM, I'm getting a SlowboyRacing Cast Manifold on it due to the fact that it flows excellent and will be rock solid for daily driving. For you though, I'd probably go with Tubular for the HP range you specified.

Its for an Ls/vtec hybrid engine. I have a Tubular MP racing manifold, but its old and instead of getting it powder coated i wanted to get a new one. If anyone knows of any tubular manifold below 500 please let me kno.

If you cant afford $500 for a manifold, then you probably wont come anywhere near as much power as you think, unless you can build it all yourself.

Not a burn. Just some soot from previous set-up on the car. Engine bay was not cleaned up prior to install.

So just to clairfy you spent $1500 on internals and did not want to complete the puzzle? You doing the 'oh man I will take the Orange Viper with the chrome wheels, but leave it on the lift because I can not afford the $300 each tire.'
