Good numbers for a 7thgen @ 10psi on a mustang dyno
I'm posting this up for Abmerop19, he took his car to get it tuned today.

Rep Power: 321 Yea its the final tune i believe, the mustang dyno will read lower than what his actual #'s are.

Charge piping, if too elaborate with bends could do it as well.
Too large or inefficient intercooler can cause power loss.
Who tuned the e-manage? Could be a sub-par tune on it.
Downpipe, might have some funny bends, kinks, or flow restrictions.....
GReddy EVO2, hardly a turbo worthy exhaust. It is a mere 60mm exhaust (2.25"). If he swapped to a custom 2.5", he would see noticeable gains.

Rep Power: 584 he has exhaust manifold leak due to a missing bolt. and NO thats not the final tune. he had to be back at school for a test. so he was limited to the amount of time he could spend. so its not done
