You can probably head over to any national chain store and get in-house brand tires for less than $200 installed.
I'm talking about Futura @ PepBoys, Big-O Tires @ Big-O Tires, Kirkland Sig @ Costco, blah blah~
I'd recommend some Falken ZE-512s in 195/65/14.
Less than $300 installed and worth the buy.

I'll sell you some brand new tires that I still got. They're from Big-O-Tires. They're barely used/brand new. They are 185/70/14. I'll sell them to you for $140 or otherwise. You could come and take at look at them if you want. PM if interested.

if u dont have an EX, Michelin X radials (can get em at sam's) are VERY nice tires and are 80k miles i believe.. (pretty sure they are only S rated, thats why u cant get em w/ an EX)
i have some pretty brand new tires no more than 500 miles on them they cost me like 400 bucks or something i dont need them anymore they are Kellen, kelley or something like that brand
