I bought aznboysrfr's tanabe springs, he said he got them shipped out to me yesterday, and my SPC camber kit just arrived today...So hopefully within a week or two I'll be able to tell you if they're good or not so good

Still mutual, some say tein some say tanabe. I myself like the s tech but still feel tein's are overated. If you guys could give me some feedback when you guys install the springs, i really appreciate it. Thanks.

So what exactly constitues (sp--hungover) a good spring? Oh wow, they dropped the car, they must be good! How about some input from some autoX junkies.
To the OP: If you aren't looking to do any autox or track with your car then either spring should be fine, but incase you do want to know which spring is better then you might want to go search the autox forums.

if u look at tein springs there isnt much of a progressive coil on the backs (the fronts on all lowering springs are generally the same shape) but the backs depending on the springs have different style and springs rates...my H&R springs have a lot of coiling in the back with different progressive rates like the eibachs do which i've heard are good for autox...but lowering springs are lowering springs...unless ur looking for performance it doesnt really matter

ok, now that i have had my s techs for a few days, i can tell you that the ride is mostly stock feeling. but there is definately a difference. you feel the bumps just a little more. not harsh at all. im on stock shocks and i know ill be fine cause im careful. good luck with your decision
