Ok...thinking about Tein S-Tech springs
I was looking at the thread about the S-Tech vs. the ebiach pro-kit which was perfect cause thats what I'm debating on. But what do you guys think would be better for me since i already have 17s. Basically which would be nicer/easier, would they both need shocks eventually and would both require a camber kit?
But I'm not sure if a drop is good for me right now since I go back and forth from school(bout hour and a half) every other weekend. Would the drop be fine, or will I be hurting by the time i get to school?
Thanks for any help.

the tein and the eiback have the same drop, teins are about $170 and the eibacks are $240. in that range. but i went with tein and this is what my drop looks like. the drop that ranges from 1.0-1.5inch are ok for stock shocks. but from 1.6-2.0inch is not so good. i found out the hard way. i had aerospeeds with oem shocks and i blew my shocks. now i got tokico blues. and also you will need rear camber, go with spc perfomance, they are about $100.

yeah i remember having arospeeds and man did they sag like a bitch on my sedan but i had it for over a year and had no problem with shocks even though those springs were made for coupes. i would recommend eibach remember you get for what you pay for. and as for tein they're only made for coupes so if your gonna get tein good luck on the rear it sags like ****. eibachs only give an inch drop while i see some tein giving a 1.5 on a couple of vics ive seen. go with eibach and a spc camber kit and you'll be fine since you have a sedan.
You definitely will need a rear camber kit. As for the springs and the commute, you definitely want to stick with a sport stance whether it be Eibach, Tein S.tech or Neuspeed Sport. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these. Contact me if you have any questions or need pricing.
I know you didn't mention Neuspeeds but FYI they are on sale right now for 7thgen members.

ive been really considering getting tein s-techs for my coupe but i am really worried about the ride quality on the stock shocks. Can anyone with experience tell me how the ride quality is with s-techs and stock shocks?

^i've got sportlines and sedan, they seem fine with tokico blues, I commute over two hours per day, and it's cool..stiffer...but good....the sportlines are progressive too, so that helps - good luck
Thanks for the input, cause I'm hoping on using my tax refund to get some springs, cause I'm getting tired of it looking like a small 4x4. lol
So its sounds like it shouldn't be too bad of a ride, I'd rather be stiffer than real soft, cause my friends older galant scares the shyt out of me when he's on the high way and that thing almost floats off the round around a slight corner because its farely soft or something is messed up. its a p.o.s. lol

i ran tein s-techs for a while on stock shocks.. ride quality was pretty nice, almost stock feeling, just stiffer. i later put 'em on some tokico blues.. i liked the ride quality a whole lot better
then i said screw it and went all out and got me some tein ss-p's
