hey does anyone know the size of the oil feed line fitting on the TSI T25bb turbo kit (its the smallest one out of all 3, I have highlighted it to show you guys)

I would greatly appreciate if anyone told me the size of it! Thanks

you have the same kit as I did.. in fact he purchased my kit but that line got damaged. I think the nut to screw on is 7/16 but that does not help as to the size fo the actual line needed. I've sent you some links to things that should of worked. If you have a local shop see if they can pinpoint the line size

I think I'd personaly use my method, but I it could be trial and error for me, but you'd get it....I may just think to fast and therefore I sometimes cannt relay info in a simple way....

Why dont you just email tsi and have them sent you a replacement part??

eye_see_you how old is you kit???

there might be warranty still on it. I know tsi gives 1 yr for accesories and 5 yrs on cast (mani?)..

isnt it anm inverted flare fitting? So it would be like a -3 or -4 an, right?

hmm I know for a fact its not a -3 (its bigger) Ill probably try the nut test lol

i wouldnt use any bigger of a line than -3/-4 an, with what ever nut/adapter fits the pipe

if its an inverted flare, there wint be any nuts that fit. Inverted flare fittings have a unique thread. If its not a -3 try a -4

thanks for the help I actually got a direct number to TSI... I talked to Jason over there they should be shipping me a new line

he said HE THINKS its a dash 3.

but who knows the oil line i got from fast-turbo is dash 3 and was smaller

my kit is less than a year old that I took off when I sold my vic. it was only on few about 3-4 months tops I forgot all about contacting jason at TSI .. and yoru right I think its a-4 n line

hopefully exact fit!... I used the brass fitting that goes into the block from FAST TURBO... so... hopefully everything just screws in (i expect it not to though) lol

yes from fast turbo... the oil feed line from TSI

i know the obvious.. that the TSI oil feed line will hook up to the turbo... but not sure about the fitting from fast turbo... i might have to buy an adapter or something
