S2000 foot pedals (DIY anyone?)

I'm wondering if anyone here has done this...

I absolutely LOVE the way the JDM DC5-R pedals look ... I would get some, but they are for RHD cars ... so they wouldn't fit without some major modifications.

So, we have the next best thing ... S2000 pedals! Actually these are better since they are made for LHD cars ... plus they look EXACTLY the same.

looks hot, yeah?

I want some ... but I am not very skilled in the DIY department ... I was wondering if someone can do one? haha

I'd ask gearbox .. but ... T_T;;;

hmm, it shouldnt be to hard, i would thnk that all u would have to do is drill ur pedals and maybe the s2000 pedals to get the screws to line up. I had to do that to my Razo CF pedals. it wasnt hard @ all. just a thought.

If its like the DC5R ones then you gotta but the whole pedal, its not just a cover. Anyways, its more effort than its worth, especially when you can just screw sparco, OMP or momo covers on and probably find something close.

It should be fairly easy.

You will have to drill some holes.

its easy if you can afford the parts. all you have to do is drill out the rivets that hold the pedals to the arms, then rerivet or drill the pedal covers down on your stockers. the pedals cost a fortune so i just used some sparco grips for a while, but now im using sparco cf's. i think the s2ks and dc5s are almost exactly alike, other options are r32 pedals and wrx pedals.

RHD or LHD the right pedal is still the gas and the middle is still the brake and the left is still the clutch, so why would it matter?
