Good apartments in orlando area???
yeah, its me again. umm yeah, so does anyone that lives in the orlando area know of any good apartment complexes. i dont know if i'm going to be living by myself or not, but i just wanted to get a general idea of whats good and whats bad. what are the more sociable places, ie. the ones that contain more college aged people rather than old people that are going to spoil my fun.
but yeah, local input is where its at.

what is not "SUPER" expensive??? like i have a buddy who rents a single in Mission Bay appts... which are right off of University ave... and 2 mins from the university... its a nicer community that isn't limited to college kids, but most of them are... and its REALLY nice, and not too hard on the wallet... check em out at http://www.equityapartments.com/mark...iew&PropId=636
but i dunno if that an extremity, considering most people out here have a good amount of cash thats pretty much the norm for a NICE appt in the university area.. 1 bedroom

i guess since i live in georgia at the moment we have different opinions on whats expensive and whats not. $830 a month seems high, but i guess if thats the norm in florida then i might as well get used to it. i rent out a house right now with my friends and its $300 a month.
the only thing i'm really looking for in an apartment as far as features go is a washer and dryer in unit and high speed interenet. i see mission bay has both. i checked out a few other about a week ago that were in the $400-600 range and they didnt even come with a washer and dryer so i guess id be spending more. how far is this place from full sail (thatd be the school id be going to if i moved to FL)
i guess the only thing i was worried about was moving in a place with all old people that would call the cops on me all the time for being loud. i appreciate the info though.

More rooms and roommates... cheaper rent... 1 bedroom with 1 bath equals more rent... cause you have your own "privacy" lol... but yea... florida tends to be a lil more expensive... esp the orlando area
