I believe he got the header for 380ish ... I'm not sure how much he'll sell it for ... I'll let you know. Since it was never actually used, it will probably be somewhere close to 380. Again, I will talk to him and let you know if you're still interested ... so .. let me know ;P

^ yeah, they replace the whole exhaust manifold + cat ... and bolt right up to your EX exhaust.
hp shorty doesn't do sheit. I had the kamikaze when I had my d17 ... that didn't do sheit either.
but when I got a catless midpipe, that DID help quite a bit ... especially after 5000 rpms.

I think Ill officially be producing the lowest HP numbers there.

I think you should use some sort of catback. No powersteering will help out a bit. I've been w/o p/s for a couple years now ... even on my k20. People say it's really stiff, but you get used to it. Plus, it keeps unwanted drivers from driving your car (ie. your parents)
nah ... dru will be producing the lowest numbers rofl.
haha jk dru ;P
lol.....well....its just axleback. I really like the HKS, and I dont want to get rid of it, so maybe I can have some custom piping done or something.
Youre going to help me remove my p/s. lol

eh ... custom piping isn't a good idea ...
for my first exhaust, I had custom 2.25" piping with no resonator ... that sounded super ricey. some time after that, i had the tanabe srm exhaust ... that was ricey as well.
hks is probably okay ... take dopes' apexi exhaust haha ;P
try to get a cai if possible too ... if you must run an sri, make sure the metal piping doesn't physically touch the throttle body ... or else the whole intake will heat up much more.
hmm, removing your p/s should only take like 15 min ... maybe at the next meet or something.
Unless you just wanna do it at ams ... then we're gonna look desparate haha

Well...heres what Ive got.
Ive got HP shorty headers with the EX exhaust conversion, HKS axlbeack, the synthetic oil with the HAMP filter I bought from you, AEM v2 intake....and thats about it. Most of the other mods are cosmetic/suspension. I think I may just try those race headers. I dont like bobs exhaust that much...not too sure why. haha. I love my HKS!

hmm ... you'd probably gain about 5-7whp from getting a cat-delete somehow ... either megan's or maybe the dc race header.
the aem v2 is gonna hurt you since it'll be sucking up 100+ degree air from your engine bay. you mostly feel the hot air when you're driving around the city.
bob = dopes, right?
not really sure what else could help you on the dyno. making sure your plugs are evenly gapped at 13 ft/lb and having lightweight tires/rims are gonna help you especially since it's a dynojet.
I'd imagine with the mods you currently have including no p/s, you'd pull off right around 110-ish whp at a decent temperature. that's just my guess though .. ;P
you should borrow some 99 si rims for the dyno day if possible ;P

yeah ... rotas are very light ... slips, right? ;P
hmm ... yeah. I still have a lot of d17 love ;P
maybe we can take your V2 off and put it back on, but have it pointing outside of the engine bay haha
