Yo i gotta meet someone over ther. Where is a safe place to go and meet someone. LIke a big mall or shoppin center? I am not familiar with the area. Maybe another city that would be better with 5 minutes from Oakland?

meet up in emryville..at the emrybay center..its bz and not dangerous at all..theres a large parking structure..starbux...barnes...so yea..go there..not too far form oakland

Emeryville, Berk, and then certain parts of the Albany/El Cerrito/Richmond/San Pablo/Pinole sprawl or urban goodyness. Yes there are various parts in the outskirts of Richmond that aren't that bad, I used to live in the area. Ranch Market is cool if you wanna keep extra real since we drive Japanese imports, ummmm personally I'd go with Pinole, Berk, Alameda, or El Cerrito shopping center <--- assuming its a small meet.
